Shipping and Cost Transparency

To ensure our delivery service, we apply a fixed and uniform fee of €10 for each order charged to the customer, regardless of the final destination, except for the free shipping thresholds specified below.

Customers in Italy:  

  • Prices and the total payment amount are indicated in Euro (€); A fixed fee of €10 is applied to each order charged to the customer; shipping is free for orders over €150; Shipping times are generally 24/48 hours, except for islands and remote areas where delivery may take 48/72 hours.

European customers :  

  • Prices and the total payment amount are indicated in Euro (€); A fixed fee of €10 is applied to each order charged to the customer; shipping is free for orders over €200; Shipping times are generally estimated at 2-5 working days. Part of the extra shipping and handling costs are covered by Aetherea and included in the final order price.

Shipments are not made on public holidays and on red calendar days (non-working days). Orders received on these dates will be processed on the next available business day.
