Shipping and Cost Transparency
To guarantee delivery service, we apply a fixed and uniform contribution of £10 for each order charged to the customer, regardless of the final destination.
Customers in Italy:
- Prices and the total amount for the bank transfer are indicated in Euros (€);
- A fixed contribution of €10 is applied to each order and charged to the customer;
- Shipping times are generally 24/48 hours, except for islands and remote countries where delivery may take 48/72 hours.
European customers :
- Prices and the total amount for the bank transfer are indicated in Euro (€);
- A fixed contribution of £10 is applied to each order, payable by the customer;
- Shipping times are generally estimated at 2-5 working days.
- Part of the extra shipping and handling costs are covered by Aetherea and included in the final price of the order.
Customers outside Europe (Extra-EU) :
- Prices and the total amount for the bank transfer are indicated in Euro (€);
- A fixed contribution of £10 is applied to each order and charged to the customer;
- Shipping times are generally estimated at 2-5 working days.
- Import duties and charges: Although the purchase price includes most shipping costs and an estimate of customs charges, in some cases, part of the remaining local duties or charges may be required from the customer upon delivery.
- Pricing and Duty Management Model (Extra-EU) :
- For countries outside the European Union (Extra-EU), Aetherea adopts a pricing model that ensures maximum transparency on total costs :
- Partially Included Duties : The displayed product price includes shipping and an estimate of most applicable customs duties and import taxes.
- Subsidised Shipping : Aetherea covers part of the international logistics costs. The shipping cost charged to the customer is equal to the standard Italian national rate, ensuring a low cost at checkout.
- For countries outside the European Union (Extra-EU), Aetherea adopts a pricing model that ensures maximum transparency on total costs :
Shipments are not made on public holidays and on red calendar days (non-working days). Orders received on these dates will be processed on the next available business day.
