Aetherea is committed to ensuring quality and transparency in every purchase. If the item does not meet your expectations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as indicated below.
Right of Withdrawal and Legal Terms

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The intention to withdraw must be formally communicated via email to support@aetherea.shop, specifying the Order Number and the items to be returned.
Shipping Costs and Return Responsibility
For maximum clarity, here is how costs and responsibilities are managed:

Return Shipping (at the Customer's expense): The cost of sending the package from your home to our warehouse is entirely at the customer's expense. You are free to choose the courier or postal service you prefer.

Responsibility for the Goods: The goods travel under the exclusive responsibility of the Customer. In the event of loss, theft, delay, or damage occurring during return transport, Aetherea will not be liable in any way and will not be able to proceed with a refund. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Order Refund (at Aetherea's expense): Once the return is received and the integrity of the garment is verified, Aetherea will refund the amount of the returned product and, in the event that the entire order is returned, also the standard shipping costs paid at purchase.
Essential Conditions for Refund
The refund is guaranteed only if the garments meet the following conditions:

Integrity: Items must be new, unwashed, and without signs of wear, stains (including make-up), or perfumes.

Tags: All tags and authenticity seals must be intact and still attached to the garment. Their removal results in the loss of the right to a refund.

Authorization (NAR): You will receive a Return Authorization Number (NAR) via email. Packages sent without this code cannot be accepted.
Refunds, Sales, and Exchanges

Method: The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Sale Products: For items purchased on promotion or sale, the refund will be issued exclusively via Aetherea Shopping Voucher (credit) valid for 12 months.

Size Exchanges: We do not perform direct exchanges. To change size or model, it is necessary to return the original item and proceed with a new purchase on the site.
