Return Policy

Aetherea is committed to ensuring quality and transparency in every purchase. Should the garment not meet your expectations, the following policy defines the terms for withdrawal.

• Right of Withdrawal and Legal Terms
  • Period and Request: The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The intention to withdraw must be formally communicated via email to support@aetherea.shop , specifying the Order Number and the items to be returned.
• Essential Conditions and Refusal of Return

• • To protect the hygiene and quality of our products, returns are subject to rigorous checks :

• • • Garment Integrity: Items must be absolutely new, unused, unwashed, and free from alteration, damage, or signs of wear.

    • Mandatory Hygiene: It is essential that the garment be free from traces of make-up/stains.

    • Tags and Seals: All tags and authenticity labels (if present) must be attached to the garment and perfectly intact. Their removal or tampering results in the immediate forfeiture of the right of withdrawal.

    • Forfeiture of Right: Items that do not meet the conditions listed above will be rejected and, at the Customer's expense, sent back to the sender.

• Return Procedure and Shipping Risk

  • Authorization (RAN): Following the request, you will receive the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the warehouse address. Packages shipped without a RAN will be refused.

  • Shipping and Risk: The customer is required to ship the goods, at their own expense and risk, within 14 days of authorization.

  • Loss or Damage: The goods travel at the Customer's risk. Aetherea is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during return transit.

  • Customs Charges for Return (Non-EU): Should the return originate from a Non-EU country, any customs clearance costs or duties required for return to Italy are fully borne by the Customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds, Exchanges, and Notes

  • Monetary Refund: The refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed using the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods and successful inspection.

  • Partial Refund for Non-EU Purchases: For Non-EU orders, the amount refunded to the Customer will be equal to the price paid for the product less the following non-refundable components :

    • Customs duties and import taxes already paid to the competent authorities.

    • The subsidized amount paid by Aetherea and integrated into the product price to cover extra logistics costs.

  • Vouchers and Exchanges: Sale/Promotional Products: For items purchased on sale or promotion, the refund will be issued exclusively via an Aetherea Spending Voucher (credit) valid for 12 months.

  • Exchanges: We do not handle direct exchanges. For replacement (e.g., size), it is necessary to complete the Return procedure for the original item and proceed with a separate New Order on the website.
